Karen Taylor is a political strategist, activist, and moderator working at the intersection of community empowerment, political participation, and institutional change.

As a founding member and Chair of the Board of the Federal Conference of Migrant Organizations (BKMO), she strengthens cross-community alliances and advocates for a solidaristic, post-migrant society. Previously, she served as Chair of the European Network Against Racism (ENAR), where she played a key role at the European level in shaping anti-racist strategies and advancing the visibility of Black perspectives.
