Nadia Berger leads Civic Futures Lab’s organizing clinics, where groups arrive with a grievance and leave with a sharper question: what would change, who can change it, and what gets them to act? She has trained neighbourhood initiatives, youth councils, tenant groups, and informal coalitions that had more urgency than infrastructure. Nadia writes with a bias toward usable method, clear roles, and the kind of strategy that survives the first disappointing meeting.
