Yasemin Demirci supports coalitions before they become crises: role clarity, decision rules, conflict agreements, public messaging, and the unglamorous questions groups often avoid until the press release is already out. She came to Civic Futures Lab after years of working between migrant-led organizations, larger charities, and municipal partners, where she learned that solidarity without structure can exhaust the smallest partner first.
