Tobias Brandt is Equal Voices Initiative’s legal advocacy adviser. He translates the AGG, complaints procedures, and deadlines into language a person can actually use on a hard day, and he is candid about what legal routes can and cannot deliver. Tobias supports people weighing whether to file a complaint, accompanies them through institutional processes when they choose to, and reviews the organization’s published guidance so that its legal orientation stays accurate without ever pretending to be individual legal advice.
