About
Thuy designs and runs MindForward’s community programmes: multilingual workshops, facilitated community conversations, and the trainings we offer youth workers, volunteers, and community leaders. The daughter of refugees, she grew up interpreting more than language for her parents, and that experience shapes her conviction that communities already hold real care capacity — it needs support and limits, not replacement by professionals. Thuy leads our work on community responses after distressing public events and on building belonging for people new to a city.
