Samir Haddad runs Welcome Bridges Network’s employment access programme, helping newcomers understand contracts, recognition questions, first-job expectations, and where general orientation ends and specialist worker advice begins. He works closely with language-course providers, employers, advice centres, and migrant-led groups so that people do not have to rely on rumours about what a job offer, trial shift, or training route really means.
