4. Your California rights
- Right to know — what we collect, why, and with whom we share it (see Privacy Policy + Subprocessor list).
- Right to delete — subject to exceptions such as legal retention obligations for donation records.
- Right to correct — to fix inaccurate personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
- Right to limit sensitive personal information use — we do not collect SPI; nothing to limit.

5. Authorized agent
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require written authorization signed by you and reserve the right to verify your identity directly.
6. Request metrics
We will publish CCPA request metrics annually if and when we reach the threshold that requires it (10 million California consumers).
