1. Who this applies to

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents whose personal information we process.

2. Categories of personal information collected

B. Customer recordsYesAccount record, donation record
C. Protected classificationsNo—
D. Commercial informationYesDonation history (where applicable)

K. InferencesNo—

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information ("SPI") on this surface.

3. "Sale" or "Sharing" of personal information

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising. We have no advertising trackers on this surface.

Because we do not sell or share, the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is not strictly required — but we surface it in the footer regardless so California residents can verify our posture and re-open the cookie settings.

4. Your California rights

  • Right to know — what we collect, why, and with whom we share it (see Privacy Policy + Subprocessor list).
  • Right to delete — subject to exceptions such as legal retention obligations for donation records.
  • Right to correct — to fix inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
  • Right to limit sensitive personal information use — we do not collect SPI; nothing to limit.

Exercise these rights via the same channels as our GDPR rights flow — see /rights.

5. Authorized agent

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require written authorization signed by you and reserve the right to verify your identity directly.

6. Request metrics

We will publish CCPA request metrics annually if and when we reach the threshold that requires it (10 million California consumers).
